Salon Policies

You can help make your visit to Evolution Salon a true delight just by following our simple policies.

Children: We are a family friendly salon.  For the safety of our patrons, we would appreciate it if you only bring children in for their scheduled service so that we may keep a peaceful environment for all our guests.

Cancellations: We work by appointment and reserve the time for you and only you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved services with at least 24 hours notice. No Show appointments cost our talented staff money. We reserve the right to ask for a credit card guarantee on any service. Clients who cancel or “No Show” appointments may be asked to prepay future services. Due to scheduling commitments to other clients and our staff’s personal schedules we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late. As a courtesy to our clients late appointments will end at the scheduled appointment time.

Gift Certificates: Due to the nature of the salon business, gift certificates purchased at the salon are valid for 48 months after the date of purchase.

Service: Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In reality this is not achievable, but we try. We try never to let clients leave our salon unhappy. However, in the event you find yourself unhappy within 7 days of your service you are covered by our no-nonsense redo policy.
